The PerForm Academy is the Competence Center for all internal and external qualification measures and events of the Performance Chemicals division of BASF SE. The transparency of the personnel development and qualification measures regarding the various training offers and costs are ensured by us in this manner. The PerForm Academy is responsible for the design, coordination, conduction and control of the internal and external personnel development and training measures. Furthermore, the managers and employees are advised in the selection of suitable qualification methods and measures. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions concerning the Performance Chemicals division of BASF SE, such as design and organization of customer workshops, symposiums or other external qualification events.
